Therapy helps with mood problems like depression and anxiety. But therapy also assists behavioral change through gaining new insight, working through old pattern, and learning new coping tools.

Each session is 50 minutes long.

We are in-network with some insurance providers.  If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we can help you determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement.  If you are, we will provide you with the necessary receipts and superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider.  If you do not wish to use insurance for therapy, you are welcome to privately pay for sessions. 

You have unique goals, and your therapist will tailor your treatment to your needs.

To address specific concerns, short-term therapy works very well. For more complex challenges or long-standing issues, a longer timeline might be needed. 

The majority of our clients work with us for 4-12 months.

If you use your insurance benefits, we may be required to share any diagnosis or treatment goals.  Aside from this, your therapy is confidential except when the safety of you or someone else is threatened. You therapist must report:

  • Actual or suspected child or elder abuse
  • Threats of serious harm to another person
  • An intention or plan to harm yourself

Daytime sessions are $150. Weekend and sessions after 5pm are $160.  Couples counseling sessions are $180.

The average therapy session in the Denver area range from $130 to $200.

Our aim is always to make services as accesible as possible, while also paying our therapists well.  We charge a fair rate for our skilled, licensed therapists.
