Each session is 50 minutes long.

We do not accept insurance at our practice, and payment is due at time of service. If you wish to use your insurance, we can provide receipts and insurance claim forms for you to be reimbursed. Please check your out-of-network benefits.

You have unique goals, and your therapist will tailor your treatment to your needs.

To address specific concerns, short-term therapy works very well. For more complex challenges or long-standing issues, a longer timeline might be needed. 

The majority of our clients work with us for 4-6 months.

Your therapy is confidential except when the safety of you or someone else is threatened. You therapist must report:

  • Actual or suspected child or elder abuse
  • Threats of serious harm to another person
  • An intention or plan to harm yourself

Daytime sessions are $150. Weekend and sessions after 5pm are $160.  Couples counseling sessions are $180.

We charge a fair rate for our skilled, fully licensed therapists.
