I know that starting the process of attending therapy can be scary and overwhelming. This is why I take a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to my work with clients. In our time together, we will determine past and present barriers that are getting in the way of you finding success in work, relationships or overall daily functioning.
We will work at a pace that feels right to you, while continuing to push you outside of your comfort zone.
Jessica is in-network most insurance, including: Medicaid (CO Access and CCHA), United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as self-pay.

From a holistic approach, our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. Rather than waiting until things fall apart, I believe we should approach our mental health in a preventative way. Are you feeling trapped in a place of negative self-rumination based on limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you?
Do you have a feeling of impending doom fueled by anxiety and stories of worst-case scenarios that haven’t happened and maybe never will? This can cause us to feel disconnected within ourselves, which makes it difficult to create and sustain deep and meaningful connections with others. Often times these uncomfortable feelings and emotions that we want to “get rid of” or “fix” are trying to show us something.
I will hold space for you as you make these connections from your head to your heart and guide you back to that unencumbered place of being. It would be an honor to support you as you learn to live as your truest self by working through barriers to authentic healthy living.
Mandy is currently accepting new self-pay and Medicaid clients.

I am here to help you work towards the best version of yourself, whatever that may look like in your current stage of life. We are forever changing and evolving. It’s ok to give yourself love and compassion during these times–the same love and compassion you give to others. I have always felt emotions deeply and I realize now this is one of my strongest attributes professionally and personally. Feeling emotions deeply allows me to provide an empathetic and client-centered approach to each individual while using humor, challenging questions, and directness.
I have broad experience working with adults and adolescents. In my work with my clients, I utilize a holistic approach with several research-based interventions including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT.
I strongly believe self-awareness is the first step. As you look inward to identify your needs, we will then work alongside each other to develop a collaborative treatment plan to outline your goals and specific strategies to reach them. I believe therapy should include work being done both in and out of our sessions together. This is why I often provide tangible resources, such as: psychoeducation handouts, journaling prompts for self-reflection, book recommendations, and podcast recommendations.
Shannon is currently accepting most major insurance, including: Medicaid, United, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as self-pay.

- EMDR
I embrace a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to building strong therapeutic relationships. I value creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, deeply heard, and respected. My goal is to earn clients’ trust and co-create a supportive environment where meaningful growth can take place.
In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I help clients explore the root causes of present-day challenges, especially those connected to past experiences, relationship patterns, and survival strategies that no longer serve them. I integrate EMDR and parts-informed approaches to support clients in processing trauma, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing more secure and connected ways of relating to themselves
and others.
I believe our lives are meant to include joy, connection, and a sense of purpose. Therapy can be a place to heal old wounds, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding. My hope is that our work together helps clients feel more empowered, grounded, and able to engage fully in the lives they want
to live.
Iya offers low-cost sessions. She is also in-network with Medicaid.

I’m a graduate-level counseling student who brings a calm, compassionate, and relational presence to my work with clients. I am especially attuned to creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected, and I value collaboration in the therapeutic process.
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and other modalities like DBT, IFS and ACT. I’m interested in how early experiences, relationships, culture and physicality shape emotional life, and I work thoughtfully to support clients in reconnecting with themselves with greater awareness, resilience and self-compassion.
