Do you find yourself caught up in overwhelming thoughts, difficult emotions, or patterns of behavior that are hard to change? Maybe you spend a lot of time worrying about the future, replaying the past, or feeling pulled between the person you are today and the person you want to become. If you’re struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in life, therapy can help you better understand yourself and find new ways forward.

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and radical validation. I believe there is nothing inherently wrong with you that needs to be fixed. Instead, therapy can be an opportunity to understand your emotional health, explore the patterns that shape your experiences, and develop greater confidence in how you respond to life’s challenges.

In our work together, we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches can help you build self-awareness, navigate difficult emotions, develop mindfulness skills, and make choices that align with your values.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, struggling with emotional regulation, feeling overwhelmed by competing needs, or trying to break patterns that no longer feel helpful, our work will be tailored to your individual experiences and goals. Rather than judging your thoughts or trying to eliminate uncomfortable feelings, we’ll focus on understanding what those experiences may be communicating and exploring how you want to respond.

My style is curious and collaborative, much like a creative consultant. I’ll invite you to look at familiar challenges from new perspectives, recognize the different parts of yourself, and experiment with new ways of navigating everyday life. Many clients find that counseling helps them feel more confident in their ability to pause, stay present, and respond intentionally rather than react automatically.

Therapy doesn’t have to be about becoming a different person. It can be about understanding yourself more deeply, making room for all parts of your experience, and building a life that feels more intentional and aligned with what matters to you. If you’re ready to explore new possibilities, therapy can be a place to start.
