Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, medical anxiety, or the stress of navigating a major life transition? Young adulthood can be an exciting time, but it can also bring uncertainty, self-doubt, pressure, and emotional challenges that feel difficult to manage on your own. Therapy can provide the support, insight, and tools needed to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your life.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported without fear of judgment. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or health-related worries. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, developing self-awareness, and building confidence in yourself and your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

As a graduate counseling student, I am passionate about helping young adults manage anxiety, improve relationships, cope with stress, process difficult experiences, and build a stronger sense of self. I value creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand themselves.

My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, and holistic counseling techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create more balanced ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges. Together, we will work to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support long-term growth.

I understand that every person’s journey is unique. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about creating space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
