I believe that every person has a unique story, and our experiences shape how we see ourselves, navigate challenges, and connect with others. As a therapist, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to help clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring your experiences, and discovering new ways to move forward.
In a world filled with constant distractions and pressure to keep up, building meaningful relationships can be difficult. Yet connection is an essential part of our well-being. Therapy can help you develop the confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness needed to form healthier relationships, strengthen existing connections, and feel more secure in who you are. I see therapy as a collaborative process in which I offer guidance and encouragement while helping you recognize your own strengths and potential.

I also have experience supporting clients who have experienced significant trauma and life-altering events, including domestic violence and emotional, verbal, sexual, and physical abuse. Beginning to process painful experiences can feel intimidating, and you don’t have to navigate that process alone. Trauma can influence our sense of safety, self-worth, relationships, and emotional well-being. In therapy, we can work at a pace that feels manageable while exploring how past experiences may be affecting your life today.

My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-informed modalities, including strengths-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic approaches, motivational interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I am also continuing to develop my training and experience in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and may integrate it when appropriate.

Whether you’re working through past trauma, struggling in your relationships, supporting your family through a difficult season, or simply hoping to understand yourself better, therapy can be a place to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change. You deserve to feel heard, supported, and connected—and I’m here to help you take the next step.
